Where are the courses held?
The courses are held at 58 rue du Professeur Gosset 75018 Paris (access map).
Are you a CFA (Centre of Training for Apprentices) or a school?
ACE is both a CFA and also a Centre of Continuous Vocational Training and a private establishmentof Higher Education.
What is your success percentage?
That depends on the examination (We prepare our students for BAC PRO, BTS : CGO - AM - AG, DCG, DSCG, LICENCE PRO RH (L3), LICENCE PRO MANAGEMENT (L3) et Master 1 AGE - Master 2 : GEMO - MOCA - GRH). Les results vary from 30 to 98%.

What are the entry dates?
In general, at the start of October but we do have certain classes which start in September, November and in January.
Do you give evening classes?

Do you offer courses by correspondence?
Yes, for certain classes in conjunction with Comptalia.com.
Do you have a file of company addresses?
Yes.

We send the applicant’s CV which match the required profile to companies but we also ask our students to look for companies.
What is the beginning and the end of an apprenticeship contract?
Start of the contract : 3 months before the start of the courses
End of the contract : 2 months after the end of the courses
What is the beginning and the end of a “professionnalisation” contract?
Start of the Contract: At the start of the courses or 2 months before.
End of the contract: 2 months after the end of the examinations.
What is the probation period of an apprenticeship contract?
2 months.

What can a contract be terminated during the probation period?
Simple termination, by either party..
What can a contract be terminated after the probation period?
Deliberate termination by both parties (Student + The Company)
or
By ruling of Le conseil des prud’hommes (Industrial court) in the case of serious or repeated breach of contract by either one of the parties.
How much are apprentices paid ?
It varies in function of the age and level of education of the student and a % of the SMIC - minimum wage -(A young person who starts his apprenticeship at 16 is paid 25 % of the SMIC during the first year, 37% 2nd year et 53 % during the 3rd year).

What is the in company follow-up?
The apprentice is followed by a tutor who must possess at least the same diploma the apprentice is preparing plus 3 years of professional experience or 5 year professional experience.
What is the rhythm of a sandwich course?
2 days per week in the training centre and 3 days in company
What is the time table for the course?
9am / 1pm – 2pm / 6pm.

Written Tests, Mock exams, Oral tests.

Yes.

ACE gives English courses (and Spanish only for BTS AM).
English is obligatory for the DCG and the DSCG.
To present another language at the examinations, it is necessary to be registered at the same time with another organization.
